Grilled Smoky Sweet Potatoes with Creamy Basil Dipping Sauce

Yield: 6 Servings | Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

5 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges

¼ cup olive oil

1 Tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp pepper

1 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup Nakano® Seasoned Rice Vinegar

2 green onions, minced

2 Tbsp minced fresh basil

2 Tbsp minced fresh dill

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

 

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Toss potatoes with oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until coated.
  2. Grill potatoes, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, Nakano® Natural Rice Vinegar, onions, basil, dill, mustard, and garlic in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with potato wedges for dipping.
