2 tsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp ground clove
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup jarred roasted red bell peppers, roughly chopped
1/3 cup Nakano®️ Natural Rice Vinegar
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
Step 1: "Heat oil in small saucepan on medium heat; add onions. Cook and stir 4-5 min. or
until lightly browned. Add seasonings; cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover with lid."
Step 2: Simmer on low heat 20 min., stirring occasionally
Step 3: "Transfer mixture to blender. Blend until smooth."
