Citrus Kale Avocado Dip

Yield: 2 servings | Prep Time: 4 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup NAKANO® Citrus Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 2 cups Kale, thinly shredded
  • 1 each Avocado, smashed
  • 2 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup Red Pepper, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, ground, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for red pepper in food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Season dip with salt and pepper, then fold in chopped peppers. Serve with crunchy veggies, crackers, or baked chips.
